First BA ads from New Saatchi

Published on .

British Airways will break its first ad campaign from M&C Saatchi, the Maurice Saatchi breakaway ad agency, on British TV this coming weekend. M&C Saatchi won BA's $96 million global ad account, previously handled by Cordiant's Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, in May. The first four spots from Oscar-winning animation director Daniel Greaves feature a sheep, giraffe, peacock and trapeze artist in four separate water-colored cartoons. All ask the question, "Where is everybody?" The implied response is that everybody has taken advantage of BA's World Offers bargain fares program.
