Swiss shoe maker and retailer Bally plans to launch a new brand of leisure footwear and clothing and has named TBWA
Simons Palmer, London, agency for the project. Executives said spending on the assignment could reach $48 million. The new brand will be launched next spring in the U.S. and Europe, and in other world markets in 1999. EuroSpace will handle media planning and placement.
