A simple, saucy print campaign for Billy's Neighborhood Topless, a Manhattan strip joint, brazenly promotes its performers' "naked breasts" without revealing so much as a bare foot. The gritty b&w ads, by local shop BigBear, were uncovered early last week in several free city weeklies and spot-posted in New York's nightlife districts.
