Bay shops merge

Jamison Cawdrey Advertising, an ad agency, merged with MacKenzie Communications, a PR shop, and Content Creators, an interactive design company, to form BrandFusion, a Web-oriented marketing communications agency with offices in San Francisco and Santa Clara, Calif. The combined shop has 50 employees and projects 1999 billings of $40 million.
