BBH London wins $4.5 million pizza account

[london] McCain Foods, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian company McCain of Florenceville, New Brunswick, has appointed Bartle Bogle Hegarty ( BBH) London to handle the $4.5 million ad account for its frozen pizzas.

Howell Henry Chaldecott Lury, which created McCain's most recent TV ads, and Walsh Trott Chick Smith also pitched. Poulter Communications, the agency of record incumbent, did not participate in the review. However, Poulter will continue to handle media for the pizza account as well as creative work for McCain frozen French fries. BBH's first ads for McCain's frozen pizza are due to appear on U.K. TV this fall.
