Coffee/Black Claims Billings of $133 Million

CHICAGO (AdAge.com) -- Bcom3 Group's Moroch Partners, part of Leo Burnett USA, has acquired Dallas-based boutique Coffee/Black Advertising.

Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

The 7-year-old shop, which claims billings of $133 million from creative and interactive work under its Wide Eye Interactive Group, had partnered with Moroch on projects for McDonald's Corp. and Mrs Baird's Bread, with Coffee/Black providing creative and interactive staff.

As part of the merger, Coffee/Black principals Jim Sykora and Troy Scillian will join Moroch's board of directors and continue as executive creative directors.
