Emergency Broadcasting System alerts inspired a colorful series of 15-second commercials breaking this month for cosmetics e-tailer and information site Beauty.com. Designer Fabien Baron of Baron & Baron, New York, created the $12.5 million campaign. The TV spots are running on "Good Morning America" and "Today" as well as prime-time shows "Dateline," "Friends" and "The Practice."
