Hands across the sea?

We found most intriguing the striking similarity between the Antarctica beer ad as recently unveiled by the DM9 agency in Brazil (top) and the long-running ad campaign for the Yellow Pages.

The Yellow Pages folks might be tempted to say "Hands off our idea."
