Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages, New York, launches a regionwide ad campaign today, its first since the merger of Bell Atlantic and Nynex last year. The campaign, from Arnold Communications, Boston, includes four 30-second spots that are montages of scenarios where the Yellow Pages play a role. Bell Atlantic spokesman James Earl Jones is subtly placed in each spot. Spending was undisclosed. An outdoor campaign complementing the TV spots is expected to be launched in June.
