Bell Atlantic picks Saatchi

Bell Atlantic, after a review of its estimated $50 million account, awarded the business to Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Worldwide. As lead agency, Saatchi will oversee corporate brand and positioning campaigns. Philadelphia-based Tierney and Partners continues to handle advertising for Bell Atlantic Yellow Pages and J. Walter Thompson USA, New York, remains its broadcast media agency of record. The review included those three agenices, as well as Lowe and Partners, New York.
