Bell Atlantic Corp., through consultant Bedford Group, Atlanta, has sent out questionnaires for a $125 million media consolidation and review. Likely participating in the review, which was expected, are roster shops Arnold Communications, Boston; and Zenith Media, TBWA Chiat/Day and BJK&E Media, all New York. Non-roster agencies likely in on the pitch are BBDO Worldwide, McCann-Erickson Worldwide and DDB Needham Worldwide, all New York; and Leo Burnett USA, Chicago.
