BellSouth Corp. has narrowed its estimated $200 million media-buying review to four agencies: Tucker Wayne & Co., Atlanta; Long Haymes Carr, Winston-Salem, N.C.; Western International Media, Los Angeles; and Creative Media, New York. A decision is expected next month.
