BellSouth PCS in agency review

BellSouth Personal Communications, a subsidiary of BellSouth Corp., Atlanta, named six Southern agencies as finalists in a review to launch its new personal communications services in mid-1996 in North and South Carolina and eastern Tennessee. Participating agencies for the estimated $5 million account include: Henderson Drake, Tausche Martin Lonsdorf and Austin Kelley, all Atlanta; Long Haynes Carr Lintas, Winston-Salem; Rockett Burkhead Lewis & Winslow, Raleigh; and Loeffler Ketchum Mountjoy, Charlotte. A decision is expected by December.
