BellSouth Personal Communications has narrowed its agency search to two: Austin Kelley in Atlanta and Long Haynes Carr Lintas in Winston-Salem, N.C. The account, worth an estimated $6 million, is to launch BellSouth's entry into wireless personal communications service. A decision is expected within two weeks. Also, BellSouth plans within the next two weeks to award either Hal Riney & Partners, Chicago, or Tucker Wayne/Luckie, Atlanta, its estimated $35 million Olympics advertising account.
