Published on .

Former Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi agreed to sell part of his TV and advertising holdings, the Associated Press reported. According to the Italian newspaper Corrier della Sera, Mr. Berlusconi said he would sell 20% to 25% of Mediaset, the Fininvest division comprising his TV and ad holdings, to a group led by Prince al-Walid bin Talal Abdulaziz, nephew of Saudi King Fahd. The newspaper said a deal would be announced by this weekend. Mr. Berlusconi, who's considering a political return, has been under fire for his media dealings.
