Big Book opens

Big Book, San Francisco, an independent spinoff company of Web production company Organic Online, Monday launches a site on the World Wide Web that offers a nationwide directory of more than 11 million North American businesses. Big Book is expected to announce alliances with other Internet guides soon, and will sell national advertising on the site based on a cost per thousand model.
