CDW Computer Centers, Vernon Hills, Ill., tapped Donino, White & Partners, Atlanta, following a review of more than 25 agencies. Finalists were Euro RSCG DSW Partners, Salt Lake City, and Foote, Cone & Belding, Chicago and San Francisco, said people familiar with the review. Mobium Creative Group, Chicago, previously handled. CDW, the nation's largest direct-market reseller of computer products, said it will spend $85 million through December 1999 on advertising, marketing and PR. The ad portion isn't set. Donino will do brand ads, splitting the ad account with an in-house group that does product ads. Donino's TV, print and online campaign breaks in October.
