MADRID -- Independent ad agency Slogan Madrid has been given the task by Spain's National Association for the Blind (ONCE) of handling the next advertising campaign for its lottery game called The Coupon. The campaign, which begins in September, is worth an estimated $10m in billings. The incumbent was Delvico Bates.
Tapsa, Delvico Bates, McCann-Erickson, Tiempo BBDO and BDDP Mancebo Kaye also pitched. ONCE's advertising campaigns have the biggest budgets of any product or service in Spain. There are usually two big campaigns each year to promote the lottery.
