BIZRATE TO TRACK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FOR CIRCUIT CITY

(July 16, 2001) -- Consumer electronics chain Circuit City has hired comparison shopping company BizRate.com to run a national in-store customer satisfaction program.

BizRate will add its services to existing customer satisfaction measures within Circuit City stores and will also work on tracking the performance of the chain's online customer satisfaction. BizRate measures customer satisfaction for 1,500 online retailers. -- Catharine P. Taylor
