Lintas & Partners Worldwide, New York, as the chain supersizes its effort to compete in the crowded Western fast-food market. The TV spots and a radio component will run in Los Angeles; Honolulu; Las Vegas; Phoenix; Portland, Ore.; Salt Lake City and Seattle markets.
