Key executives exited at three major Web agencies. Blue Marble ACG President-CEO David Yakir and Executive Director-Marketing Judy Laughren left MacManus Group's New York-based interactive arm, which merged with Novo Interactive last month. Novo Chairman-CEO Kelly Anthony Rodriques will run the combined, as yet unnamed, entity. Meanwhile, interactive veteran J.G. Sandom left as director of interactive-North America, OgilvyOne Worldwide, New York. On the West Coast, Avenue A co-founder Mike Leo stepped down as VP but will still advise and be an investor in the Seattle online media buying and data marketing company. Avenue A has grown to nearly 200 people, and Mr. Leo said he decided to look for opportunities at a start-up after taking some time off. Separately, Avenue A today will announce that Microsoft Corp. Chief Financial Officer Greg Maffei is joining its board.
