BMW of North America, Woodcliff Lake, N.J., said it will announce Dec. 6 or 7 the semifinalists in the review for its new Mini car account. The list will be pared from the 15 agencies that were sent questionnaires. BMW is expected to spend $40 million to launch the car in the U.S. in early 2002.
