Bornstein named ESPN chairman

Steve Bornstein, 46, to chairman, a new post at ESPN, Bristol, Conn., from president. Succeeding Mr. Bornstein is George Bodenheimer, 40, from exec VP-sales and marketing. Mr. Bodenheimer will continue overseeing sales and marketing in his new post. Mr. Bornstein, 46, also will remain president of ABC Sports. Both ABC and ESPN are owned by Walt Disney Co.
