Boston Market said it severed all ties with Goldberg Moser O'Neill, San Franciso, as expected. Suissa Miller, Los Angeles, which won most of the chain's business last summer, now has responsibility for all broadcast creative for the brand. Goldberg handled the test of take-out food in Charlotte, N.C. That test is now supported by radio and will have spot TV support as it expands to more units next spring, the company said. Boston Market is cutting back its overall marketing budget next year from about $125 million to about $85 million as part of previously announced repositioning efforts.
