Boston Market moving into supermarkets

Boston Market has cut a deal to expand its restaurant brand into a supermarket format. The company has invested $20 million in a new company, Progressive Food Concepts, that will partner Boston Market with Harry's Farmers Market, a small chain of upscale supermarkets in Georgia and Alabama that specialize in take-home prepared meals.
