Boston Market pushes healthy food

Published on .

The Boston Market chain of Boston Chicken, Golden, Colo., is stepping up the marketing emphasis on its health-oriented menu items via two new TV spots from Suissa Miller, Los Angeles, breaking on network TV tonight and a changed menu board that highlights low-fat items. The TV commercials, which will have additional buys in spot markets and run through Aug. 9, tout the struggling 1,149-unit chain's roasted turkey breast and low-fat side dishes. "Low fat food at Boston Market? That's right...So let us do the cooking with delicious food you can really feel good about," the ads say.
