'We' to bow in February

We, described as a lifestyle magazine for the 49 million Americans with disabilities, bows as a 100,000 controlled circulation every-other-monthly in mid-February. Ray Capolla, who most recently ran the business-to-business rep firm, The Capolla Group, is the publisher. Bruce Barton, former group ad sales director at Petersen Publishing is the ad director. A one-time four-color national ad costs $11,000. The four color rate for advertisers of medical equipment and products for the handicapped is $6,700.
