Douglas Boyle was named president-lubricants at Pennzoil-Quaker State Co., Houston, from PepsiCo, where he was VP-noncarbonated products. He resumes the duties held by Clyde Beahm, who retired. The lubricants unit represents some 44% of the marketer's annual revenues.
