We're a relatively new company, and we've been associated with Bozell since our early stages. In fact, they helped us with our presentation for our initial public offering.

I feel there are several main values to our relationship. First, Bozell is one of the few agencies where the very top management-including CEO Chuck Peebler-gets involved not only during the solicitation of your business but throughout the relationship. As a client-and I'm not the biggest client on their list, by far-we have easy access to Mr. Peebler and his top executives.

Secondly, they have a capacity to contribute to their clients' business opportunities across a broad spectrum of disciplines. For example, we had to do a complete packaging scenario for this company, because there was none in existence. So we used a company that's associated with Bozell. We needed a PR entity, so we used Robinson Lerer Sawyer Miller. We had a significant research need, so we used KRC Research & Consulting. We didn't use them just because they were part of Bozell, but because they are exceptionally good. However, since they are part of the network, this allowed us to integrate our plans on an effective basis.

Finally, I'm impressed that their senior executives roll up their sleeves and learn everything they can about your products. They commit themselves uniquely to the work of the client. They say we're here to do it, whatever it is. They dig in, roll up their sleeves and do it. And they become genuine partners in the process. That resonates well with a company like Ultrafem.
