Published on .

Bozell Worldwide acquired Kamstra Communications, St. Paul, Minn.; renamed it Bozell Kamstra; and said the $35 million agency will become Bozell's business-to-business advertising unit. Bozell Worldwide/Minneapolis will continue to operate independently and maintain its focus on consumer advertising, Bozell said. Combined billings of the two Bozell units will be more than $75 million, making Bozell one of the 10 largest agencies in the Twin Cities area, the agency said.
