Bozell Worldwide acquired a majority stake in London-based Marketing Drive. The 65-person agency handles promotional marketing, direct marketing, advertising and design for clients including Chrysler Corp., the Financial Times, Hasbro U.K. and Guinness. Chairman Mark Timbrell and Chief Executive Clive Mishon retain their posts.
