Bozell moves into Russia

MOSCOW -- Bozell Worldwide has signed a partnership agreement with SmartCom- munications, a full-serivce ad agency based in Moscow.

Part of the Video International Advertising Group (VIAG), the holding company for seven advertising and marketing agencies, SmartCommunications has estimated billings of $8 million from clients in the confectionery, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

"Our relationship with SmartCommunications will allow us to provide our clients with service in the Russian market," says David Bell, president and CEO, Bozell Worldwide. "The agency's exceptional strategic capabilities and strong creative product make it an ideal partner."
