Bozell's Bell to succeed Mason as chairman-CEO at True North

David Bell, 55, CEO of Bozell Worldwide, will take the helm as chairman-CEO of True North Communications at the end of March when CEO Bruce Mason retires. The selection ends a yearlong search for a successor. Leo-Arthur Kelmenson, Bozell chairman, adds Mr. Bell's duties.
