Liquid Agency will provide platform development, brand identity, advertising, packaging, Web and interactive services, and marketing communications.
The staff is up to 30 employees, and the agency has won work from technology companies Intel, Adobe and Seagate. It also has been awarded the brand marketing campaign for Santana Row, a $1 billion real estate development scheduled to open in San Jose in 2002.
Mr. Gardner, Liquid's president, previously founded marketing agency ImageNetwork, and Mr. Muccino, its creative director, has spent 20 years working in brand identity. -- Adrienne Mand
