Branigan exits Y&R

Craig W. Branigan, who headed Young & Rubicam's San Francisco office for the past 10 years, has left to become managing director of the San Francisco office of Y&R's Landor Associates, an identity and design company. Mr. Branigan, 44, will report to Peter J. Harleman, formerly co-managing director of the office, who has been promoted to area managing director-Americas, a new post. Kay Stout, the other co-manager, was named chief marketing and creative strategist. No decision yet on who will succeed Mr. Branigan at Y&R.
