Burger King Corp. today launches TV support for its new french fries as part of its $70 million product introduction, the chain's biggest ever. The spot, from Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York, features a clay animation Mr. Potato Head at a press conference announcing the new hotter, crispier fries. Two more spots break today, one in Spanish from Bromley, Aguilar & Associates, San Antonio, and one targetting African-Americans from UniWorld Group, New York.
