Chrysler Corp.'s Chrysler marque breaks the second spot in its $30 million '98 branding campaign on network TV Jan. 11, during the NFL playoffs. The spot, via Bozell, Southfield, Mich., plays off the return of Chrysler's winged badge after a 40-year hiatus. The push is the umbrella for 1998 sedans, and uses the tag, "Engineered to be great cars," which bowed in September.
