Sharon A. Fordham to president, Nabisco Global E-Business, a new business unit of Nabisco, Parsippany, N.J., from senior VP-marketing, Nabisco Biscuit Co. The e-business unit will provide Nabisco a worldwide strategy and new-business model.

Rochelle Bloom to exec VP of Estee Lauder International and regional head of Asia/Pacific, Estee Lauder Cos., New York, from senior VP-general manager, Estee Lauder International. She assumes duties previously held by Robert J. Aquilina, now regional head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Succeeding Ms. Bloom, with the title of VP-general manager at Estee Lauder International, is Peter Lichtental, from VP-fragrance marketing, Estee Lauder USA and Canada.

Seagram Co., New York., agreed to sell its Universal Concerts to privately held House of Blues Entertainment for $190 million. The Seagram unit produces and promotes artists at 20 concert venues in the U.S. and Canada. Seagram will continue to own the Universal Amphitheater in Los Angeles, but HOB Entertainment will operate it under a long-term lease.
