Quigley Corp., Doylestown, Pa., received a court order it sought to destroy a competing product to its Cold-Eeze line. The court ordered the destruction of a product called Cold-Rid, made by J-Labs, Tampa, Fla.; Quigley alleged the package and its labeling too closely resembled Cold-Eeze.

Norman Rigg to regional director of worldwide accounts-Asia, DDB Worldwide, from chairman-CEO, DDB Group Canada. Frank Palmer, president-CEO of Palmer Jarvis DDB, Toronto, will take on the additional title and duties of chairman-CEO of DDB Group Canada. Mr. Rigg succeeds Greg Taucher.

Wolfgang Bloeck, 54, to CEO in Germany for TBWA Worldwide, Duesseldorf, from partner, Heinemann Bloeck Nagel, Hamburg, which was bought by TBWA parent Omnicom Group, New York. The agency wasn't merged with TBWA, Hamburg, due to conflicting client lists. Mr. Bloeck succeeds Helmut Sendlmeier, 50, now chairman, McCann-Erickson Germany, Frankfurt, where he succeeded Willi Schalk, 59, who's retiring. Joining Mr. Bloeck is another partner at his agency, Gerald Heinemann, 44, who becomes chief creative officer.
