Blockbuster Entertainment Group, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., breaks a new TV spot for its video rental stores with two 30-second buys during the Fox Network's New Year's Eve special. Doner, Southfield, Mich., created the spot. "If 1999 went by too fast, don't worry, we have it all on tape,'' the voice-over says.

Sprint PCS is debuting its first holiday ads aimed at the U.S. Hispanic market. Created by BVK/Meka, Miami, the campaign is designed to raise awareness of Sprint PCS products and services in the Hispanic community. The TV, radio and print ads will run through the beginning of 2000. BVK/Meka is a division of BVK/McDonald, Milwaukee.
