Tommy Hilfiger Co., New York, will break a campaign for its Tommy Jeans line in April magazines, featuring finalists of a national talent search for unsigned bands. Print ads from Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, New York, appear in publications including Spin, Seventeen and Teen People. The campaign also will include outdoor, direct mail and in-store events. An online contest promotion on Hilfiger's Web site will award a $10,000 demo tape to a band chosen by consumers.
