Brouillard Communications, New York, in April will open a London office, said President-CEO William C. Lyddan Jr. The office initially will service existing clients Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. and Instinet Corp., but will eventually expand the presence in Europe of WPP Group-owned Brouillard, Mr. Lyddan said. Brouillard, which specializes in financial services and corporate advertising, has secured space in the London offices of sister agency J. Walter Thompson Co. Karen Smith, senior partner-planning director, will be managing director of the new office.
