800.com, Portland, Ore., reportedly has postponed a planned ad campaign via Wieden & Kennedy, deciding instead to save its estimated $25 million budget for a fourth-quarter blitz. The consumer electronics e-tailer didn't return calls by deadline. 800.com's Father's Day promotion offers consumers who spend $100 on the site $20 off a purchase of $100 or more at BananaRepublic.com through June 18.

Microsoft Corp.'s CarPoint online car-buying service will expand outside the U.S. to Canada later this year. The company said the new office will be based in Toronto. McCann-Erickson Worldwide, Seattle, which has the U.S. account, will also handle Canada.
