Miller Brewing Co. is the title sponsor of ABC-TV's "Miller Lite Pro Bowl Battle of the Gridiron," featuring NFL stars. The program created by NFL Properties will air Feb. 4, the day before the NFL's Pro Bowl. Reebok International is a presenting sponsor.

American Express Co. is backing pop star Stevie Wonder's arena tour next year supporting Mr. Wonder's long-awaited album "Conversation Peaces." Proceeds from the album's first single will go to AmEx-funded charities.

Travel Channel, Atlanta, begins a consumer and trade promotion Jan. 15 for "Ultimate World Tour '95." It offers six eight-day trips for two around the world-one for a consumer and, in an unusual trade marketing twist, five for people at cable systems that carry the channel. Don Jagoda Associates, Melville, N.Y., devised the promotion. Winners will be chosen in March.

Account activity: Encyclopaedia Brittanica, Chicago, to Kobs Gregory Passavant, for development of direct marketing and promotion strategies for new products, a new account. ... Foods From Spain, New York, to Tipton & Maglione as promotional agency of record. The new assignment from the commercial office for food products imported from Spain includes in-store sampling, radio spots, point of purchase and trade marketing.
