Laura Bracken isn't your usual media planner. The senior VP-media director for Saatchi & Saatchi, San Francisco, this year turned a $100 million effort for Hewlett-Packard Co.'s Enterprise Computing unit into a $40 billion addition to HP's market capitalization.
