GT Interactive Software Corp., New York, announced it has secured worldwide rights to Final Doom, the last game in the successful Doom series. Additionally, GT Interactive next month will launch new interactive game titles including Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders; Doom II; Hexen; and Hexen: Deathkings and Dark Citadel. GT Interactive plans to support game launches with marketing campaigns that include Internet, retail and magazine promotions as well as print advertising.
