BritAir sells tickets online

Published on .

Agency.com, New York, has added new functions to its site for British Airways that enable the airline to take reservations and sell tickets from the site. It will also run two online ticket auctions for New York-London airline tickets during the week of Jan. 27 and the week of Feb. 12, awarding a total of 20 tickets.

Separately, the agency is expected to name Marian Wright, formerly VP-director of interactive client services at Deutsch, to a new senior post for business development and client services next week. Agency.com will name a chief technology officer within the week.
