Encyclopedia Britannica is jumping on the Olympic bandwagon, offering its entire database of Olympic information--including histories, biographies and a listing of medal winners--for free on its Web site. Britannica is positioning itself as the best reference for data related to the Games. The company normally charges $14.95 for access to its site.
