British Airways, London, named international Internet consultancy Agency.Com the exclusive global interactive services partner in its new e-commerce division. In a multiyear agreement estimated at more than $30 million, Agency.Com will work with British Airways to develop and implement its interactive initiatives. Omnicom Group has a minority stake in Agency.com.
