Broadwing Communications calls on Hill Holliday

Broadwing Communications, a new telecom company, tapped Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, for its $30 million account. Broadwing, the result of a merger of Cincinnati Bell and IXC Communications, offers local and long-distance calling, wireless, e-commerce and other services to the Cincinnati area as well as elsewhere in the Midwest and Southeast. Broadwing selected Hill, Holliday after a two-month review of three other, undisclosed agencies. The agency will be responsible for all advertising and branding.
